3rd Line Engineer
Hybrid - Northampton
Upto £55k DOE
I have partnered with one of the fastest growing MSP's in the country and we are looking for an exceptional 3rd line engineer to join a dynamic, successful team and accelerate their career!
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, Firewalls, databases, and virtualization technologies.
- Escalate issues and maintain communication with the service team.
- Assist in training team members and maintain accurate documentation.
- Occasionally provide on-site support at customer sites.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in 3rd Line support.
- Strong experience within an MSP environment
- Expertise in core infrastructure technologies.
- Industry certifications such as AZ-, MS-, CCA, VCP, CCNA, CCDA, CSA, CSE, AIS, ASE, JNCIA-* preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
