Full time role: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000

As the Home Manager at Llun y Mynydd, you will lead all aspects of home management, overseeing resources and budgets to ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your role involves fostering a positive, high-performance culture that delivers exceptional care for both residents and staff. You'll prioritize the highest quality of service, aligning with the Positive Behaviour Support framework, and embracing a person-cantered planning approach to enhance residents' wellbeing and quality of life. Additionally, you'll conduct monthly monitoring, maintain an up-to-date Home Improvement Plan, manage risks, investigate significant events, and oversee complaint and safeguarding matters. Regular management reports will be prepared for the regional manager, covering all operational and regulatory aspects.

- QCF Health and Social Care Level 4/5– Leadership & Management – Adults
- QCF Health and Social Care Level 3 - Adults
- Social Care Wales Registration
- Strong, successful, and proven track record within a managerial role in a similar environment in terms of size and complexity.
- Strong experience of liaising with parents and external agencies and facilitating their active involvement with the individuals.
- Extensive experience of working with and assessing individuals who have learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviours.
- Solid knowledge of organisational compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
- An inspiring leader, who has experience of building and developing a high performing team.
