Our client is a leading West Midlands independent practice comprising tax consultants, accountants, and auditors specialising in offering customised guidance to clients across various sectors. Their counsel encompasses a wide spectrum of services, spanning from project-based tasks like M&A transactions, family wealth management, and incentive scheme advisory to continuous assistance such as corporate tax adherence and reporting, business owner remuneration planning, and trust return services.
Job Description
- Assisting with M&A deals and conducting due diligence.
- Handling intricate corporate group restructurings.
- Providing guidance on management incentive schemes like growth shares and EMI.
- Offering advice on family wealth preservation, including strategies for safeguarding assets for future generations and trust and estate planning.
- Examining corporate tax filings and offering counsel on tax payments.
- Collaborating with solicitors and other consultants. Overseeing project management aspects such as invoicing, communication, and risk mitigation.
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced team members in their tasks and professional growth. Maintaining accurate and current records.
