Restaurant Manager — REF: ADV/11595/2022/1

As  Restaurant Manager you will be expected to run a fine dining rosette awarded restaurant for lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea service.

You will pride yourself on having an engaged team that creates a warm, friendly, welcoming, and caring restaurant environment where guests can enjoy a happy and relaxed experience.

Ensuring that guests are provided with a home from home experience in a beautiful and picturesque location.

As  Restaurant Manager you will assist the restaurant to retain good quality FOH staff, building on core skills, developing the career aspirations of others within the business, helping, and supporting multi-national professionals, who all bring a wealth of experience to your team .

Requirements

As  Restaurant Manager you are required to have the following:

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end, or fine dining, or award winning restaurant.
• Valid ID and eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Must be able to get to interview and work, (as no reliable public transport links are available).
• Must have experience mentoring, supervising, or managing a team of FOH staff.
• You must have excellent guest and customer service focus.
