Job description
Hours: From 8:30-17:30 on Monday to Friday (Including 1 hour lunch time)
Salary: £23,800 basic + Commission (after probation period)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Selling the company service to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, 360 Recruitment role
• Delivering a high-quality service and maintaining relationships
• Attracting the very best Candidates and building a pool of mainstream and SEN schools across the Midlands
• Sourcing and placing candidates in temporary or permanent positions
• Screening Candidates' suitability for work
The person:
You will be a self-motivated, well-organized, excellent team player with a hunger for success and a drive to win business within very competitive markets. You will have an excellent telephone manner, have the ability to communicate at all levels, and work well under pressure. Previous recruitment / SEN experience advantageous.
