Job description
PSR Solutions are working with a contractor who are currently in search of a document controller to assist with a high rise development in Leeds. The role would be within the construction industry working for a contractor with many years of experience Build-to-Rent, student accommodation and residential-led mixed use developments.
If you are in search of a role this is a great opportunity to gain some valuable experience working hands on in the industry for a company with a proven successful track record. This position will allow you to continue your career progression and acquire further experience working with highly experienced professionals.
Day to day requirements include:
· Strong I.T, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Skills are a must
· Use of 4P software
· Use of Smart Waste Software
· Use of 360 Docs
· English reading and writing skills
· A key eye for detail
· Ability to build relationships quickly
· Experience working within the construction industry
· Office Management Experience.
