This WO has been initiated to provide dedicated Deskside L2 support as per scope listed below:
• As 1st and 2nd level support, first point of contact for user problems with hardware and software, including printer support (on site/remote/by phone)
• Support the installation, configuration and administration of client hardware and software and operating systems
• Provide support for activities that can be planned, such as network configuration, updates and rollouts
• Manage service incidents/requests in alignment with ITIL process
• Follow change management / demand management activities to minimize risk of business downtime
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• System documentation / FAQ and Knowledge Base
• Registration of service requests
• Documentation of inquiries and faults in a ticket system
• Keep users regularly informed of the progress of their call in accordance with company guidelines
• Patch management (MS operating systems, antivirus, etc.)
• Basic Microsoft server activities to complete user profiles
