Location : The House of Vic-Ryn, Moira Road, Lisburn, BT28 2QP
Hours : 9 am -3 pm Monday - Friday
Salary : £20,000 - £25,000 pro-rata depending on experience

Welby seeks to recruit an experienced receptionist with administration duties to join the team.

You will have experience working in an office ideally within financial services, although this is not essential and have experience dealing with clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You will be able to work well individually and as part of a team
The Role
- Some of your responsibilities will involve
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with queries/correspondence both from clients and providers
- Client administration support and servicing
- Accurately update and maintain information on our back-office system (Intelligent Office)
- Action post, in and out, sorting priorities on receipt
- Preparation for client meetings within agreed timescales
- Processing new business and liaising with admin team/advisers
- Liaising with providers
- Supporting financial advisers
