Description: Part or Full Time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (FLEXIBLE) in a MODERN, NEWLY REFURBISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Blackpool, Lancashire.
•    £13-£14 PER UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL 
•    1000 UDAs per day worked available (less is wanted)

•    2 Practicing principals, 1 Associate,1 Therapist & 1 Hygienist
•    Mentoring available
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 4 surgery practice

•    Therapist/Hygienist support

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
