Our client is an established, growing SME with a rich history embedded in orthopaedic innovation. They have a track record of hiring experienced orthopaedic professionals and allowing and encouraging autonomy in order to effectively grow territory turnovers.
The company is currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager to represent and sell a clinically advanced portfolio of orthopaedic implants in the Bristol / Salisbury / Southampton regions.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a successful territory growth plan.
Develop and employ excellent product, customer, and market knowledge.
Comprehensively support the clinical customer base, attending and supporting surgeons within theatres.
Strive to achieve sales targets and accurately forecast performance.
Work creatively to create opportunities and achieve success.
In order to be considered for this opportunity applicants must match the following candidate profile:
Experienced orthopaedic sales representative.
Experienced, with a proven track record of success in theatres.
2+ sales experience in medical devices.
Reside within a reasonable distance of the territory accounts.
