Our Client is the largest and most celebrated Independent M&E Design and Build Contractor in the Yorkshire region. The business operates five divisions to design, manage, deliver and maintain every aspect of the most technically challenging MEP schemes, with sustainability at the heart of every project. Employing close to 200 staff they continuously invest in employee development, technology and their famous Apprentice Training Academy, facilitating a structured growth strategy and opportunities for all members to progress at every level.
The M&E Design Team have enjoyed yet another busy year, with demand for preconstruction design services scheduled to increase yet again in 2024. The business has strong relationships with a number of locally based M&E Consultants who they can call upon, but they do attempt to deliver as much in house design work as possible. With number of key positions highlighted for 2024, the appointment of a talented a BIM Technician with extensive experience operating Revit MEP software, is high on the list. Working closely with the M&E Design Engineers to produce full models of live projects, the BIM Technician will lead the coordination and be responsible for the implementation of project BIM execution plans, and digital workflows for collaboration and data exchange.
Applications are invited from Revit trained Technicians/Coordinators who are skilled and knowledgeable on a full range of building services systems, able to work collaboratively within a team of leading design professionals.
