Salary: £23,839.20 per annum plus benefits

About the Role

Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for a talented individual to come and join our growing team.

As our IT Desktop Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all OFG employees who require IT support, and log interactions through the service desk ticketing system.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving 1st line issues including incidents, problems, and service requests, and provide clear and consistent communication to the end user.

This is a busy role, that will allow you to grow your IT skills in a complex organisation. You’ll need excellent customer service skills, a sense of urgency, and a problem-solving attitude.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability/willingness to learn, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
• A basic understanding of IT hardware
• Previous experience working with ticketing systems or databases
• Strong customer service skills
• Good understanding of IT
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability and a willingness to learn and progress within IT
• Previous experience of working within an IT service desk environment is desirable, although not essential.
