Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
3+ PQE
Kingston-upon-Thames
My client is a well-respected local firm that more than competes with its more renowned regional competition, due in large to the established network of HNW clients that the firms longstanding team represents. They are seeking to grow their private client team and have an opportunity for a driven Private Client solicitor.
Your typical workload will include but not be limited to the following areas of Private Client law, including: tax planning, settlements, deeds of variation, wills, LPA's, administration of estates, trusts and life planning.
The firm prides itself on the personalised service and tight-knit collaborative team, they have a loyal client base and a strong reputation for their work in Private Client. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain more access to different work and responsibilities that would otherwise be difficult to attain at larger firms.
