Business Development Manager

Over the moon to be working with the UK’s LEADING COMPANY in the insurance claim consultancy sector. With over 140 years of services, they are a multi award winning consultancy, recognised all over the UK. They are looking for a resilient, motivated and compassionate individual to cover major loss incidents below Birmingham in the UK.

In this Business Development Manager position you will be responsible for:

• Attending major loss incidences across the UK but predominantly below Birmingham UK.
• Proactively creating new relationships in major loss incident circumstances.
• Speaking to landlords, owners etc at times of major loss incidents, making them aware of the available service- maintaining empathy for their circumstances.
• Planning your daily travel routes, destinations and follow ups.

The successful Business Development Manager will have:

• A resilient, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
• You will be compassionate and empathetic by nature.
• You will be happy to be in the ‘field sales’ bracket and travel the UK for business.
• UK Driving License
• You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
• You will need to be proactive in your approach to winning new business and developing the consultancy’s presence in the market.

The Package

A basic salary of £30k is available for the right person with a guaranteed 10k commission in the 1 st year. Great commission structure for 2 nd year onwards. The company offers a phone, car, miles and great pension scheme.
