Role Profile: As the CTO, you will be at the helm of our client's I.T. systems, overseeing hardware and day-to-day operations 24/7, 365 days a year. Your responsibilities include managing the delivery of the company's I.T. systems and services, leading teams, and aligning strategies with a 3-year plan. Key Requirements: Proven CTO or senior technology leadership experience within e-gaming or tote betting. Exceptional leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate teams. Strong knowledge of betting platforms, systems, technologies, odds calculation, risk management, and backend infrastructure. Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Project management skills, preferably with a relevant qualification such as Prince2. Experience in implementing and deploying tote or wagering platforms. Proven expertise in managing Windows server operating systems, e-mail applications, SQL databases, and financial reporting.
