The Role:
Ourlearning centres provide a nurturing environment where each tutorwill support up to six children at a time to learn and grow usingour smart learning tool, Compass. As a professional tutor, yourprimary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, and supporting thedevelopment and progression of these young minds, helping them todream bigger.

What you'll bedoing:
Teach - Your role as a tutor is to bring our missionto life. You will tailor your teaching approach to each child'sunique needs, ensuring they achieve consistent progress. You'll bethe guiding force that helps the children achieve real progress andunlock the joy of learning. Inspire - Building strong relationships is at theheart of what we do. As a tutor, you will inspire all children tobecome fearless learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication willencourage them to embrace learning with confidence and curiosity.You'll inspire your members and their families, ensuring they getthe most out of our service. Safeguarding and member well-beingwill always be paramount in yourinteractions.

Logistics:
The applicationprocess:

Stage one :Submit your cv and complete yourapplication.

Stage two :Complete an assessment that involves a short maths and English testand a 2-question video interview.
Stagethree : Take part in a live Teams interview with amember of our recruitment team.

Logistics of therole:
You'll work with 6 children at a time. Under18 -£6.80

18-20 -£7.90

21-22 -£10.35

23+ -£10.60

*Add an additional 50p per hour ifyou will be working at a centre inside the M25. All tutors receivefurther uplifts to their base hourly pay due to holiday entitlementand based on the number of hours they have worked. On top of yourtutoring shifts, you will be paid for all of your training andinductionsessions.

To apply:
You'll need to have a 6 or above in Maths &English Language at GCSE level orequivalent. You'll be able to physically get to the centre you areapplying for. All successfulapplicants will undertake employment reference checks, and aDisclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check. Please note,this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and2020.
