Investment Control Analyst
Hybrid Working / Epsom | Finance | Permanent | Full Time: 37.5hours

We are looking for an Investment Control Analyst with a passion for finance, projects and someone who provides first class communication.
As our Investment Control Analyst , you will:
Review Project requests for accuracy and completeness ensuring they conform to company compliance and policy
Responsible for compliance checking of all project requests (capital and operating expenditure) ensuring they meet the necessary governance, with appropriate detail included
Support the investment control process through developing the financial controls and guidance
Complete post investment reviews and reporting for lower value papers and support Finance Business Partners and Technical team as required on significant investment reviews
Responsible for the delivery of various reporting including monthly Capital additions and project approvals with supporting commentary for Executive, Board and Lenders
Responsible for delivery of predicted cash flow implications following approvals of project spend and commentary
To succeed as an Investment Control Analyst , you will need:
To be a finalist or qualified accountant
Experience in a multi-disciplined brand or service company
Experience in analytical thinking with high attention to detail
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
