Job description

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop a product strategy that aligns with broader vision and goals
● Own and deliver business cases for new product initiatives in line with the business plan
● Create and manage the Product Roadmap for respective product areas
● Define high-level requirements and contribute towards proposals for new product initiatives
● Take ownership of the full end-to-end journey for the products and services within your domain
● Set clear KPIs to measure the success of new features when introducing them into the product
● Understand operator revenues and how new initiatives will impact these revenues
● Gain insight into the marketing strategy for each operator and their strategic goals
● Manage, track, and approve changes to your product portfolio as a Project Sponsor
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize value
● Create awareness of products with customers to ensure they make the most of their usage
● Develop pre-sales materials for use in sales and product pitches
● Conduct product demos for prospective new clients and act as an ambassador
● Provide support, guidance, and product expertise during the post-sales process and beyond to both internal and external stakeholders
● Review and respond to incoming Change Requests in a timely manner, working alongside Business Analysts and Technical Leads where appropriate
● Collaborate and share product knowledge with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product and its direction
Some of the requirements:
● Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role, preferably in a technology or software company
● Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making
● Ability to create and manage product roadmaps, business cases, and high-level requirements
● Experience owning the full end-to-end product lifecycle
● Understanding of key product management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
● Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
● Experience in the online gaming industry
● Experience working with cross-functional teams
● Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
● Experience with product management software, such as Jira or Trello.
