The role is ideal for either a CQC Registered Manager or someone looking to become a Registered Manager with the experience of taking their organisation through a minimum of two CQC inspections. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Using your experience of successful CQC inspections to drive continuous improvement in their CQC compliance

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of CQC inspection regime
  • Facilitate self-assessments and audits to ensure compliance
  • Assist in pre-inspections preparation and planning

As part of a small, growing business, you'll need flexibility in supporting business requirements beyond the core scope of your role. During quieter periods you’ll be expected to support the business operations manager as required. This will have the benefit of providing first-hand experience of our operations.

In return you'll receive a competitive salary, healthcare, pension, and both a performance related and company bonus scheme. Their growth will likely lead to career development opportunities for the right candidate.
