Job description
Our client support NHS trusts to relieve waiting list pressures by providing specialist clinical services which expand capacity. They've developed a strong track record in one specialist area and are building their business in additional clinical specialities.
Based in Redditch, they are looking for an experienced Clinical Compliance Manager to join the team and become their CQC registered manager. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for your next challenge in a growing company with good career development potential
The role is ideal for either a CQC Registered Manager or someone looking to become a Registered Manager with the experience of taking their organisation through a minimum of two CQC inspections. Your main responsibilities will be:
As part of a small, growing business, you'll need flexibility in supporting business requirements beyond the core scope of your role. During quieter periods you’ll be expected to support the business operations manager as required. This will have the benefit of providing first-hand experience of our operations.

Note, the role is based at our client's office in Redditch, so it's essential that you're able to commute here each day. There will also be occasional travel to client sites, so you'll need a full driving license
