Job description
Pure are pleased to be working exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a Office Coordinator to join their team in Chelmsford.
Main Duties:- Monitor shared email inboxes and forward onto relevant client.
- Manage general enquiries via phone and forward onto relevant person.
- Meet and greet visitors, contractors and suppliers.
- Arrange refreshments where necessary.
- General administration
- Manage meeting room bookings and set-up of rooms for meetings.
- General administration including post, postal support, ordering stationary, printing etc.
- Responsible for ordering office refreshments.
- Maintenance of reception and other communal areas.
- Investigate and report faults: liaise with Customer Care to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Main point of contact for tenants: liaise with tenants to resolve any building issues as and when they arise.
- Ensure office security through maintenance of System (testing every 6 months) and appropriate lock down of office/ gates during weekends and holidays.
- Support with office upgrades and maintenance as and when required.
- Proactive communication and delivery of facilities matters with tenants
- Main key holder and contact for Security
Key Skills:
- 3 years experience within a office coordination or office manager role
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Previous experience in a facilities role with experience gained managing a building.
- IT Confident using all Microsoft applications
- Good Maths & English
- Proactive and adaptable to meet the varying demands of the role.
- Able to work independently and prioritise workload.
