Interim Estates Surveyor – Kent
Local Authority
6 Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estates Surveyor to contribute to the success of a local authority and make a positive impact on the community.
The key responsibilities for the Interim Estates Surveyor would be:
Managing landlord and tenant
Completing rent reviews
Completing lease renewals
The full spectrum of hands on estates and assets management
