Salary - Up to £46,00 with a package of £61,800 (bonus scheme, pension scheme, car/car allowance)
Location - Flexible location and hybrid working with some travel to our Kingswood or 210 office

Veolia is looking for a talented Analytics Manager to join a large data and analytics function within a leading Environmental company. You will be surrounded by like minded people who are all trying to achieve similar goals and be the key support across specific divisions of our UK & I business.
As a business we are making more and more decisions based on data and you can play a big part in helping us to achieve our growth objectives. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing the analytics roadmap for your relevant area as well as managing the delivery of this.

What will you be doing?- Serve as the primary point of contact for the business, understanding their data and analytics needs, and developing strong working relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough analysis of stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans to be able to manage additional resources efficiently.
- Understand the requests from the business and how these will translate to operational efficiencies and benefits to be able to showcase benefits of delivery.
- Optimise processes for data ingestion, validation and data modelling to ensure provided solutions are efficient and reliable.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security policies throughout the delivery of projects.
What are we looking for?- Proven experience in a data and analytics role with extensive communication with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts and capabilities of the team.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools including Power Bi.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of SQL.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
