Job Title: Key Account Executive

Location: Ridham Dock Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME9 8SR

Salary: Circa £25,000.00 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday

About the role:

Build strong relationships with our Key Account customers to ensure a high standard of service is delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Support administrative needs across the Key Account function
• Respond to and deal with emails and phone calls
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery
• Maintain and update records and documents
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations i.e. KPI's and SLAs to remain compliant
• Raise purchase orders where necessary
• Monitor and use the company mobile phone
• Produce reports and data from AMCS and format appropriately for presentation to Senior Managers and/or customers
• Cross check invoices and update price lists accordingly
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and provide or support on quotations
• Produce associated documentation from AMCS
• Create supporting customer focused documents

About You:

Essential:

• Proven administration experience
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
• Strong customer service ethos
• Effective communicator across all business levels both for external and internal customers
• Computer literate (emails, MS Office) especially excel
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly Organised
• Ability to prioritise
• Customer focused approach to working
