Project Co-ordinator - Cloud & IT Infrastructure - - £25,000-£30,000 - Homebased/Office - Oxford
One of the best Microsoft Partners in the UK requires a Project Co-ordinator to support a thriving Project Management team. You will get the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled individuals in this space and learn from the best. You will be in the office in Oxford for the first week then ad hoq after that.
You will undertake a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting with project setup - Project folders, DevOps, and time management recordings.
- Manage documentation standards, ensuring these are maintained.
- Arranging meetings for Project Managers.
- Attend and record meetings (taking minutes & actions).
- Ad-hoc project administration tasks when required such as reporting, Statement of Works, and other administration documentation deemed necessary.
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery for procurement orders.
- Assist with the management of procurement orders and setting expectations with customers.
- Manage the Contract Administration e-mail inbox.
- Manage and progress all requests for Contract documentation.
- Publish draft Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Publish Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Create and publish service extension/termination letters.
- Issue transactional quotes.
- Collate and issue contract documentation for new services.
- Collate and issue service renewal contract documentation.
- Process Customer contract documentation to completion.
- Manage Subscriptions to Service Order Index.
- Liaise with customers for completion of contractual paperwork.
- Raise new customer contracting forms.
- Attend Project resource and pre-sales allocation sessions.
- Manage and update the project tracker.
- Manage Project documentation and work aids (eg SharePoint and the associated meta data for SharePoint files).
- Support external certification initiatives, including (but not limited to) ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and Microsoft Cloud Managed Solutions Provider Certification.
- Maintain schedule of fortnightly 'Pipeline Review' meetings.
- Attend, record and publish the output of from the Pipeline Review meeting if required.
- Capture Project 'Lessons Learned' into DevOp's.
- Support the Lessons Learnt process, by tracking and managing actions to completion.
- Supporting project managers with standardising and improving project documentation.
