Hotel Receptionist - £22,600 plus tronc! Chichester - Live in available

A beautiful country house hotel in the Chichester area is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work with their friendly team. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist in a quality hotel and will thrive on delivering excellent customer service. The working hours will be 39 per week, a mix of early, mid and late shifts between the hours of 7am and 11pm ( 7.30am to 4.00pm and 3.00pm to 11.00pm) including weekends. Accommodation is available a short walk away.

Due to location you must be able to drive or live in.

Salary of £22600.00 plus tronc! ( Salary will be increased in April )

Receptionist responsibilities:
Assist the head receptionist in running a busy reception operation
Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Dealing with guest queries and complaints
Answering phones and taking reservations
Carrying out administrative tasks
Being the all important first impression of the hotel

Receptionist requirements:
Experience of working on Reception within the hospitality industry
Ideally experience working with Opera
Be of a smart and professional appearance and have an endearing personality
A true people person who can remain calm under pressure
Excellent customer service and communication skills
IT Literate
