Job Description

As an Brand Campaign Manager, you will work within the brand strategy to develop and execute effective integrated campaigns that achieve objectives for a range of different audiences focusing on our products and our position in the industry. Your strategic thinking, creativity, analytical and project management skills will contribute to building brand awareness, customer acquisition, and supporting our customers.

A natural collaborator, you’ll work with specialists across the marketing team and wider business to create campaigns that really pack a punch.

As a Brand Campaign Manager, we are looking for someone to:

• To create integrated marketing campaigns for our wide range of audiences.
• Translate brand campaigns for use across our different business units.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and advise on best strategies to support their achievement.
• Work closely with marketing specialists across owned and earned channels to develop best in class execution plans as well as robust KPIs.
• Translate detailed quantitative research to create targeted thought leadership campaigns which enhance our brand.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to raise awareness of Together and create the campaign proposal to accompany.
• Provide ongoing detailed effectiveness reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.
• Act as a brand guardian and uphold the brand guidelines across all campaign activity.
• Models high-performance behaviour, leading by example in openly demonstrating a desire to be the best that you can.
• Line manage Campaign Executive.

Qualifications

Essential:

• You have prior experience within a similar role.
• You are experienced in managing the delivery of on and offline marketing strategies and execution plans.
• You have great knowledge of marketing effectiveness measurement.
• You have good presentation skills and are experienced at conveying your vision to a range of stakeholders.
• You will have a good financial awareness of projects, ensuring strategies and execution are realistic to budget
• You have strong project management skills.

Desirable:

• You have a relevant degree.
• Experience within Financial Services or other regulated environment
• Having worked in a complex, fast-paced organisation
• Experience of both B2B and B2C markets
