Essential Requirements:
- It's all about attitude and values rather than experience; we look for empathy, compassion and dedication to helping others and then make sure you get the best training possible.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car for work.
- Right to work in the UK and proof of settled status.
Community Care Assistant Responsibilities: - Supporting people in your community who need a bit of extra help to continue living happily and safely in their own homes.
- Includes personal care, support with medication, household tasks, accompanying clients to appointments, looking out for their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting them with participating in social activities.

The following competitive Pay Rates and benefits: Weekdays: (before 7pm) £12.30, (after 7pm) £12.90
Weekends: (before 7pm) £13.80, (after 7pm) £14.50
Additional rates apply for bank holidays.
- We pay the full rate for your full shift, including any gaps or waiting time, so if your shift starts at 7 and finishes at 3, that's 8 hours of full pay.

Shift Patterns:
Full time hours available. On average 40 hours per week A mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts..
Part time hours available. Minimum of 24 hours per week with a mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts
Weekend contract. 3 shifts to be completed over the weekend.
Must include some shifts on alternate weekends.
