Spiritual Care Co-ordinator and Chaplain

Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week

Salary – £38,060

Trinity Hospice is a charity based in Bispham, Blackpool, serving a population of 360,000 across the Fylde Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Trinity Hospice Team as the Spiritual Care Co-ordinator and Chaplain.

As Spiritual Care Coordinator and Chaplain, you will be an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled professional with experience of working in a pastoral role.

The Spiritual Care Co-ordinator and Chaplain will work alongside the IPU Operational Manager to oversee the provision of spiritual care and participate in appropriate service developments and research projects, actively contributing to the holistic care of patients across the family of services that makes up Trinity – The In-Patient Unit, Living Well Service (outpatients), Brian House Children’s Hospice and the Linden Centre.

The role will also involve working co-operatively with key partners including Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Clinical Commissioning Groups across the Fylde Coast and other faith groups and their leaders.
