The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Control of Work Coordinator to join our Operations Department. The Control of Work Coordinator will provide consistency in approach, understanding and actions between Operations, E&M, contractors and third parties in planning, implementing and controlling safe systems of work processes, procedures and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• NVQ 3 equivalent in plant operations / production or equivalent engineering discipline qualification.
• Preparing, coordination, issuing and application of risk assessments, method statements, work packs and Safety Documents.
• Working on and contributing to a 24/7 continuous process, production, or operations environment.
• Knowledge of Plant/process shut down & start-up in normal /abnormal operations.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical drawings.
• Chemical plant operations knowledge and experience including operation of valves, pumps, compressors, distillation processes, tank storage, and cooling water systems.
