Customer Service Co-ordinator If you are an experienced customer service professional who has excellent IT and communication skills and can work within a fast paced environment, this role offers an opportunity to work for a visionary and highly professional organisation.
Coordinating externally with customers and engineers as well as resolving issues and queries, you will have worked in a similar position and will understand the logistical requirements and demands for such a role.
Some key duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator will include (but not be limited to): * Matching the customers' requirements to the availability of engineers and other technical resources including communication with Sales and Applications
* Receiving and registering of customer and engineer calls
* Dispatching of and coordinating with service engineers
* Daily support of customer administrative functions
* Spare part ordering, shipping, invoicing and stock control
* Updating systems with warranty / contract at point of sale
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Daily written and verbal communications with customers
Skills and experience required: * Business administration, customer service ore sales support
* Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
* Excellent IT skills - All Microsoft Office and SAP ( preferred)
* Strong organisational skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Confident and calm manner with strong problem solving skills
* Excellent team player
Location - Malvern / Hybrid
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
