About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced support team in Newport. Working in a busy environment with a high volume of calls and emails that need to be dealt with in a friendly, professional manner, as a motivated team member of 10 you will also provide help and support to our area managers.

What we are offering;  

Overview of Responsibilities, Duties & Requirements  

You will play a key part in the Atlas Support Team, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our contracted services and supporting our field-based cleaning. 

You will need a friendly, calm, and professional manner when dealing with colleagues and customers. Your team will need to be able to rely on you, so excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential, along with good computer literacy, and an ability to work under pressure.  

Key Responsibilities & Duties;  

Working Hours  

We operate a 24/7 365-day Support Service Desk for the Company which supports colleagues, and clients. To achieve this, we operate a 4/4 shift pattern consisting of 2 x days shifts 2 x night shifts and 4 x days off. Annual leave of 20 days + 8 bank holidays.
