Head of Drama
Full time (with flexibility for the right candidate) permanent contract from September 2024
We are recruiting a Head of Drama to lead our Drama department here at Cleeve School. Further details about the faculty can be found later within this pack. Ideally, the role is full-time, but we can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
This is a very exciting opportunity to lead and develop Drama, which is a subject delivered at Key Stages 4 and 5, with significant room for growth and development. The Faculty is shared with Music which is one of the ‘go to’ curriculum areas within the school, with an emphasis on inclusion, performance and excellence. Both Drama and Music have their own bespoke, inter-linked parts of the school and we recently invested significantly in a theatre-style cantilevered seating arrangement, so that we have a large, performance-focused main hall, as well as a smaller Drama studio.
