Job Description
- Full responsibility for portfolio of clients - planning, overseeing and reviewing jobs; review and file work; liaise with build relationships
- Carry out management of your team - appraisals, 1-2-1's, on-the-job training
- You will also have a level of involvement with the business development and networking side of the business - up for discussion
The Successful Applicant
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- At least 2 years of experience managing and growing your own portfolio
- Experience in managing teams
- Ideally, have IRIS experience
- Confident, personable and a good leader
