Job description
One of Britain’s leading manufacturing companies is currently looking to hire a Project Manager. The successful candidate will work within a diverse Continuous Improvement focused team to successfully manage projects including new product introductions from an Operations perspective.
The Project Manager will:
Prepare and agree project budgets with relevant stakeholders.
Lead, develop and manage project teams.
Identify opportunities for improvements, implement sustainable corrective actions.
Develop, maintain comprehensive timing plans including key milestones and critical path.
Escalate risks to appropriate levels as required.
The Project Manager will have:
Relevant project management / engineering qualification essential.
Demonstrable evidence of well-developed motivational, leadership and teambuilding skills.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft products.
Good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
An excellent team player with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
