What you’ll do:
- Work collaboratively with all regions and business teams to drive common processes, data criteria, and data definitions.
- Manage complex multi-workstreams programs
- Deliver projects according to our Milestone/Tollgate based methodology, and manage the key elements of project management which include: Project scope definition, Resource planning, Cost & Risk Management, Project schedule, Communication & Change Management.
- Support and lead digital enablement and sales operations process, data and tool related projects (enhancements, stabilization, new functionality, simplification, business integrations), with a main focus on SFDC and Oracle, ITO & OTR.
- Work collaboratively with all regions and business teams to drive common processes, data criteria, and data definitions.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of project management and/or related life science/IT commercial experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
- Significant CRM specific experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location sales force, business project management within large, corporate environment.
- Proven ability to deliver projects according to outlined scope, schedule and cost, committed to high Say/Do ratio
- Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, SFDC and business intelligence applications.
