Job description
CY Executive Resourcing are currently aligned with a successful, global manufacturing leader to secure the skills of an experienced and enthusiastic Financial Controller to take the reins within their Finance Department.
Working closely with Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued financial health and success of the company.
Role responsibilities will include:
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the financial department.
Ensure robust financial controls are implemented, maintained and the reporting process runs smoothly across the department.
Manage and mentor a multi skilled finance team.
Identify improvement opportunities within the department.
Conduct regular business reviews with Operations to ensure alignment to budgets and support further forecasts.
Support the Finance Director and wider Operations Team to deliver business targets and company objectives.
This role requires a qualified, positive and energetic individual, experienced in Financial Control, team management and with previous senior level exposure within a manufacturing environment.
