Job description
A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Project Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.
This opportunity is in relation to a large new build PBSA scheme (Purpose Built Student Accommodation).
Your new company are a large national main contractor, with a turnover of over 1B per annum. They are one of the largest privately owned business left within the UK construction market.
My client are looking for a Project Manager capable of overseeing a site team, delivery of a large multi storey new build development, client liaison, and all other associated elements like H&S, Programme etc.
Therefore, the ideal individual for the position will have detailed experience within new build and main contractor environments, whilst operating at a similar level / title.
