CLIENTS/FILES TO INHERIT IMMEDIATELY

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to join a legal 500 rated firm and take over the clients of a departing partner, who is moving in-house.

This is a general corporate role, with some commercial contracts work, and you would be expected to advise on matters including:

Private M&A and disposals
JVs
Restructuring
Commercial Contracts

No following required and the departing partner is leaving behind a full caseload and client list.
