Job description
Requirements:
1. Possess a track record of 3+ years of successful experience in both sales
and customer support within the software and IT industry.
2. Demonstrate proven success throughout the entire sales process,
showcasing the ability to navigate from initial planning to successful
closure.
3. Showcase experience in conducting effective product demonstrations.
4. Possess a comprehensive understanding of SaaS systems.
5. Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Hold a degree-level education.
7. Possess professional experience providing product customer support;
ideally, you have worked in CRM and software licensing.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through proactive initiatives such as cold calling and
networking, providing crucial support to clients during the pre-sales process.
2. Analyse client needs meticulously to formulate valuable projects, addressing
unique inquiries with tailored and innovative solutions.
3. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure
a smooth product delivery process and provide exceptional ongoing support.
4. Manage the complete sales cycle, consistently exceeding quarterly goals
and targets.
5. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring
high customer retention rates.
6. Collaborate closely with technical teams to facilitate successful project
delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Recognize showcase openings, strategize and execute plans to extend the
client base universally.
8. Remain overhauled on industry patterns and rising advances, joining
experiences into deals and bolster methodologies for nonstop change.
