Service Coordinator

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (Office Based)

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in effective coordination of service appointments and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments for optimal personnel allocation.
• Address customer enquiries, confirm appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure smooth workflows, aligning schedules with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Previously worked a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proven scheduling or customer services experience, ideally in a service-oriented sector.
• Strong knowledge of the with the geographical landscape of the UK.
• Skilled in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with the pest industry. (Beneficial)
