• Demonstrable and up-to-date proficiency in Pegasus Opera and Excel
• Local residency with a valid driving license
• 3-5 years of substantial experience in accounts-related roles
• Strong comprehension of both sales and purchase ledger functions
• Ability to thrive in demanding periods and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, you will assume a vital role in ensuring the precise and efficient processing of supplier transactions within a close-knit and professional finance team. Your key responsibilities will encompass meticulous processing of purchase invoices, accurate reconciliation of supplier statements to the ledgers, managing payment runs, resolving supplier queries, maintaining the sales ledger, actively pursuing payment collections, allocating cash appropriately, assisting with bank statement reconciliations, supporting month-end reporting, and performing general administrative duties. This is a full-time, office-based position, with Pegasus Opera or Sage and Excel being the primary software used.
