Your Mission
Grow the current Hello! Fashion social platforms and launch new ones to grow and develop the Hello! Fashion community into an engaged audience. Lead the HF Newsletter strategy with key stakeholders (Digital Editor, Head of Customer Acquisition & Publisher) in order to significantly increase sign-ups. Develop the two current newsletters and launch new ones in order to increase the frequency of engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of Hello! Fashion's social accounts; Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter & TikTok
- Create a strategic and metric-based approach to social and newsletter strategy in order to grow the community
- Curating Hello! Fashion's social strategy to optimise traffic
- Strong ideation for social and newsletter content plan
- Implement social and newsletter strategy (once agreed with key stakeholders)
- Collaborating with the commercial team on campaigns and commercial social posts.
- Creating TikTok & Instagram reels
- Monitoring and managing social reactions to Hello! Fashion
- Optimising affiliate, video, and exclusives online for impressions/views
- Create posting schedules for Instagram & TikTok
- Generating analytic reports and social media feedback for presentation and review.
- Drive growth and community engagement on all social platforms.
- Take part in social media content when required
- Representing Hello! Fashion at brand and external events
Profile:
- At least 2 years' journalism or social media experience
- In-depth knowledge of social scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
- Strong design knowledge and proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to keep up with industry trends and new social networks
- London based
- Postgraduate degree is desirable
- Magazine or brand experience is desirable
