Job description

I am recruiting an immediate start Finance Assistant who is required for a 2 month contract. The role requires a candidate with strong experience in transactional finance and experience with the Agresso system.

Description

The Finance Assistant will be required to:

• Provide administrative and financial support to the Accounting & Finance department.
• Process invoices and expenses across the Sales and Purchase Ledger
• General day to day management across both ledgers and the sundry debtor function

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Have strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Have proficiency in Agresso financial software
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate c£11.50-13.00 p/h + an immediate start + hybrid, flexible working with 3 days home working + a supportive team culture in a public sector setting
