Job Role – Maintenance Assistant

Salary - £23,818 (£11.42 an hour)

Location – BCA Blackbushe

Working Hours – 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday 7am-7pm on a rota basis

Flexibility over working hours and Part Time working also considered.

Main purpose of the role

Working as a part of a small (but growing) team, this busy role is to ensure that this premier auction site offers a clean, safe and maintained environment to staff, contactors and the public.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Adhoc maintenance jobs – minor repairs etc.

- Ability to carry of facilities duties – painting etc.

- Manual handling.

- General site cleaning / clearing.

- Diving site maintenance vehicles.

- Ground maintenance.

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

- Full Driving Licence

- Experience / Interest in maintenance and facilities.

- Physically fit and used to working outdoors.
