Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Meeting customers
• Booking them in for sessions
• Taking telephone bookings
• Making drinks and meals for customers
• General cleaning duties will be required including cleaning equipment and supporting qualified climbing instructors with a view to becoming a fully trained instructor.

The training you will be getting

• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
• Functional Skills in English and maths, if required
• End Point Assessment
• Work based learning.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• To potentially go on to become a fully trained Climbing Wall Instructor.
• Progression to a level 3 qualification.
