Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Auditor to join our existing team due to an increase in workload. You will complete internal checks across our 20+ Dealerships on finance related documents, providing feedback to our Compliance and Finance Managers.

You will assist the Group Compliance Manager and Group Finance Manager in the monitoring and control of the Groups Finance and Insurance activities. Ensuring that the Group complies with legislation as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority and other regulatory bodies. 

• Review sales files to ensure that the required documentation is recorded to meet FCA Rules and Regulations, with the occasional visit to sites
• Provide feedback to dealerships on audit outcomes
• Produce reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Communication across the dealerships of compliance changes
• Provide assistance to internal/external auditors
• Building and maintaining effective relationships across the business at all levels to promote good governance, risk management and controls
• Assist with due diligence and on-going compliance of FCA guidelines
• To provide compliance support to projects as required

• Background in Sales Administration within a dealership
• Good understanding of FCA compliance and guidelines
• Be familiar with loan and purchase agreements and insurance documents
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience completing detailed reports
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
