Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you looking for a new opportunity?

We are searching for a  Supply Chain Co-ordinator  to join our Moorings team. You'll be based in our head office on Anderson Street in Inverness .

We are looking for an experienced candidate to help provide an efficient service to customers while developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and assisting with stock control management.

What you'll be doing:

The overall purpose of this role is to assist in the management of the Aquaculture sales business.

As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator with the Moorings team, you'll be monitoring stock levels and targets in line with projected sales levels for product categories that have been assigned to you.

You'll also be building good relationships with our customers so that we can provide an efficient and smooth service and supply. This includes regularly checking reports in our order system, updating them as required, and contacting customers, as necessary, with order updates.

Other tasks include assisting the wider Supply Chain Management team with general sales and customer enquiries as well as reviewing key supplier accounts, ensuring that we are receiving the efficient service required to meet our quality standards.

You'll be working a 39-hour week, usually Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
