Our client seeks a Sales Relationship Manager to join their team. Role Profile: Managing a portfolio of clients with the aim of developing, nurturing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Offering excellent customer services and seeking out new business opportunities for both the client and business. offer. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service standards that exceed client expectation. Deal with queries and requests from clients and internal teams via telephone, messaging, and e-mail. Deliver service quotations to inbound sales enquiries. Assist Client Onboarding, chasing KYC and Client Agreements as required. Build and improve relationships with clients, internal departments, and partners. Review company practices to ensure clients receive maximum satisfaction. Identify and convert potential new business opportunities to purse. Educate and inform clients about the company's services. Attend to client's complaints and resolve issues promptly. Source client's feedback and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction. Work and offer support to internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations. Key Skills and Experience: Previous customer service focussed role within Contractor Payroll, Recruitment, Sales or Banking would be preferential. Proactive and keen to expand knowledge and take on new tasks. Flexible & adaptable to changing priorities. Previously worked within a team office environment. Ability to work across Sales & Operations teams to give and receive information. Highly organised and self-motivated Team player and flexibility to assist the running of the team.
