YHA Grinton Lodge (Swaledale) Welcomes You to a Unique Place of Work!
Situated on the southern slopes of Swaledale, surrounded by stunning scenery with exceptional views of the Yorkshire Dales, and just a 20-minute walk from the village of Reeth. Originally built as a shooting lodge, YHA Grinton has been a hostel since 1947.
YHA Grinton Lodge are looking for a housekeeper to join our team on working Sunday through to Wednesday, between 10:00 and 16:00.

Your Responsibilities
What Skills and Experience We Value
It's an advantage but not essential for our housekeeping team members to have prior experience in customer-facing roles. Desirable experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial, and we appreciate the value of lived experiences just as much as skills and knowledge.
Good communication skills are a plus, and excellent time management is essential. Knowledge and understanding of YHA's core purpose and experience working in a team are beneficial.
It's important to note that the role can be physically demanding, as our beds are predominantly bunk bed style.
