Job description
Manpower are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Assistant to work for our client in Loughborough.
Our client is a world leader in serving science.
They are looking to appoint someone for a 12 month contract.
Position summary
 The incumbent will provide support to the Life Sciences Product Compliance teams, primarily coordinating 
 responses to customer enquiries & managing regulated product assessments / orders. 
 The applicant should have a scientific background and strong administrative skills. Experience of ERP 
 systems would be advantageous, as would a general interest in IT. 
Responsibilities
 Co-ordinating and managing customer enquiries 
 Review of product compliance against pre-set criteria 
 Co-ordination of customer End Use Declarations 
 Management of regulated orders 
 ERP system updates and data management 
 Co-ordination of registration documentation 
 Interaction with key stakeholders such as customer services 
 Effective collaboration and co-ordination of activities with fellow team members 
 Required Qualifications/Experience 
BS degree in a scientific discipline / strong experience of working in a scientific environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly 
 and effectively in person, over the phone, on remote meetings and in writing 
 Able to connect with all levels within the organisation 
 Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to remain calm, professional and positive 
 Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment with moderated supervision 
 Highly motivated, possessing strong organisational skills and able to prioritise multiple activities 
 concurrently 
Working hours are full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.
